Generate the iCal URL for the timetable.
Parameters
- session: SessionHandle
  The current session handle.
- iCalToken: string
  The iCal token for the session.
- fileName: string = "timetable"
  The name of the iCal file. Default is "timetable".
Returns string
The iCal URL for the timetable.
